Part I of this book includes the complete texts of Title 28-B, Adult Use Cannabis; Title 22, Chapter 558-C, the Medical Use of Cannabis Act; and selected statutes from other areas of Maine law relevant to the cultivation, regulation, testing, sale and taxation of cannabis. Part II includes all four rules issued by Maine’s Office of Cannabis Policy under 18-691 Code of Maine Rules.
